Hope In Motion is a senior care referral agency serving Oregon families. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you contact us, request a call, complete a care assessment, or opt in to receive SMS messages.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide through our website, forms, phone calls, email, or related communications. This may include your name, phone number, email address, care location, timing preferences, and details you choose to share about a care search.

If you complete a care assessment, you may provide information about care preferences, daily support needs, budget range, payment source, and optional resource interests. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medication lists, medical records, or other information that is not needed for your care inquiry.

Our website may also receive normal technical information, such as browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, and campaign attribution parameters such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or UTM tags when they are present in the website URL.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to your request, contact you about your care inquiry, help organize care options, support staff follow-up, maintain security, improve the website, and keep records of submitted requests.

We may use non-sensitive website analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical information, care assessment answers, or other sensitive care details to advertising analytics tools.

SMS Privacy

When you select the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our Request a Call form, we keep a record of the mobile number, consent choice, date and time, source form, consent method, and the disclosure you accepted. A phone number, callback request, account, general terms acceptance, or care assessment by itself does not enroll anyone in SMS. Consent is not required to receive services.

Hope In Motion may text an enrolled recipient about that person’s senior care request, callback scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up on requested care options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to withdraw consent or HELP for help. You may also call (503) 609-0383 for support or to ask us to stop texting.

We use communications and hosting service providers solely to process information for Hope In Motion and deliver our messages. Permission to receive Hope In Motion texts is not permission for a care facility, referral partner, affiliate, or other business to text you.

When We Share Information

Hope In Motion may share information with authorized staff, service providers that help operate our website or communications, and care providers only when needed to respond to your request or when you authorize a provider introduction. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, security, or users.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Choices

You may contact us to update or correct information, ask questions about a submitted inquiry, or request that we stop contacting you. If you receive SMS messages, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
